About Us...

The Seymours West Byfleet office opened in 1992 and the team is headed up by the resident partners Vince Nigrelli and Massimo Lanzalaco. We specialise in residential property sales in West Byfleet, Byfleet, Pyrford, Woodham, New Haw, Rowtown, Ottershaw and Weybridge.

The office handles the sale of properties in all price categories, and the same level of services are offered to all.  Professionalism, outstanding customer care and expert knowledge of the local area have helped Seymours West Byfleet grow significantly.  Indeed, many clients have returned three times, with repeat business since Vince and Massimo took over in 2007.

Seymours West Byfleet is involved in the local community and sponsors Scorpions FC, the local Under-11's football club, and often donates to the local schools.  This summer we provided Pimms at the Pyrford Flower Show, and donations collected were given to charity.
