The Seymours Woking office has been operating since 2003 and, according to independent results from the The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, it is the market leader in the town.

The area covered for residential sales and lettings takes in Woking itself and areas within a two mile radius like Hook Heath, Pirbright and Worplesdon.

One of the office’s founding partners is Franco Orlando, who was born in the town and has lived there all his life.

“I’m passionate about the job and as passionate about property as I was the day I started thirty years ago,” he says. “We’re a very diverse agent and are as comfortable selling a one bedroom apartment to a six bedroom house set in ten acres.
