Ian Bond MNAEA

Ian joined Seymours almost five years ago when the opportunity arose to further his 20 year career in Estate Agency and become an equity partner / owner of the Godalming office. Until the opening of the Haslemere, Ian shared the responsibility for running the Godalming office, which is one of the Seymours group’s flagship offices with Stewart and Nick. Moving forward, Ian will oversee the running of Godalming but will also take an active and hands on role in promoting and supporting the new office in Haslemere, which he is proud also to enjoy ownership of. 

Ian was born and raised in Guildford before moving to Godalming, so is well acquainted with the property business in this area. With a passion for getting people moved, he enjoys the day-to-day buzz of working in a fast paced environment and providing the best service possible during the sometimes stressful process of moving house.
