Tom Miles

I have always lived locally, growing up in Cranleigh and went to school in Guildford. I moved to Godalming over ten years ago so have an in-depth knowledge of the area and what Godalming and our lovely surrounding area has to offer. I started my career in estate agency back in 2006, working for a large, well established corporate company in Guildford and soon moved to work here in Godalming. With lots of hard work, commitment and dedication, I worked my way through the ranks, running and overseeing offices in Hampshire, Surrey and South London and have experienced every possible market condition along the way. When head hunted by Seymours earlier this year, I saw it as a great opportunity to join a very experienced team of like-minded others, who have a huge passion for property and where the sales results in the area are unrivalled. At the heart everything I do, I have always believed in providing clients with an exceptional service and going the extra mile. I love every aspect of the job, from meeting first-time buyers to tailoring a bespoke marketing strategy to sell a town centre cottage, apartment or beautiful detached country house with grounds. Outside of work I have a huge passion for sport. In particular football, playing and being actively involved in the Busbridge Wanderers Sunday league team, so can be found most weekends up at Holloway Hill recreation ground. I also play a lot of golf and tennis and keep active by going to the gym with my wife where we also enjoy spin classes at Charterhouse Club.
