Rupert Grainger

Chartered Rural Surveyor, Bourton on the Water office

Rupert brings a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to land and estate management. He studied Rural Business and Estate Management in Aberdeen, building a strong foundation in both the practical and commercial aspects of the rural sector. Rupert’s professional experience, including a focus on rural enterprise management, diversification, development and sporting estates, he has developed a well-rounded understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing modern landowners. Rupert works across a broad range of land-based enterprises, development projects, and diversification strategies. He is passionate about identifying potential, adding value, and delivering results—combining energy, insight, and a hands-on approach to every project. His ethos is to provide clear, practical advice and to drive projects forward in a way that maximises both opportunity and long-term value for clients. When not in the office, you’ll likely find him out deer stalking or dabbling in a bit of right-arm-over from the pavilion end (downhill) at Bibury Cricket Club
