Born in Porthcawl, Phil has seen huge changes in this lovely seaside town over the years and has built up strong relationships with the local community.

Having worked from the same high street office in Porthcawl for over 50 years, dealing with thousands of property sales and meeting so many interesting clients, he feels very fortunate in his chosen profession.
