With over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial sector and more than a decade as a dedicated mortgage broker, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every client interaction. In June 2024, he partnered with two like-minded professionals to launch Mortgage & Co, driven by a desire to do things differently and put clients at the heart of everything they do.

Richard takes immense pride in helping people not only secure the right mortgage but also improve their broader lifestyle and financial position. His honest, hands-on approach ensures clients feel supported and confident every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Richard is a proud husband and dad of two, which means weekends are often packed with football matches and dance rehearsals — and the occasional game for himself when he gets the chance! A lifelong Arsenal and Southend United supporter (something he says he “inherited”), Richard brings the same passion to the pitch as he does to his work.
