Exeter is a historic city in Devon, England and is the regional capital as well as the home of the county council. Exeter sits on the River Exe, which cuts right through the city where Exeter Quay can be found, which is an attractive section of cobbled streets that is lined with appealing cafes, bars and features lovely flats/apartments for sale that overlook the waterfront.
