Why the owner loves the property:
Probably the best location in this fabulous apartment block. Being on the ground floor we are level with the entrance while also having a raised view and additional security from the lower ground floor flats below. We do not have to use lifts. The flat is most conveniently located for both the main entrance and "back" door to car park.The apartment block is spacious with wide corridors in common parts. The flats are so spacious eg wide entrance hall wheras so many of those we saw before we moved here were "pokey". We easily transitioned from a larger house to Regency House. We've only moved out due to increased care needs. Its a great flat and location.
