A 2016 36ft x 12ft ABI Blenheim Model in excellent condition and positioned conveniently on the holiday park. It is set back from the main roads and has a generous decking as well as a private parking space.

The open planned kitchen, living, dining area is an excellent space. There is plenty of room for a dining table with chairs, where you can comfortably seat your friends and family. Its triple aspect makes it a very light room.

The kitchen comprises an integrated fridge freezer and cooker, as well as having plenty of cupboards for storage. In the living area is a modern electric fire, a fitted TV shelf, and some additional shelving and cupboards. One of the sofas is a sofa bed.

There are two bedrooms, both of which have built in bedroom furniture including wardrobes. The smaller of the rooms has space for twin beds, whilst the master bedroom has space for a large double bed and has an en-suite WC.

The main shower room comprises a WC and wash hand basin, a towel rail, and some fitted shelves. A cupboard houses the electric heating system.

Outside
The generous decking wraps around the park home and has space for a table and chairs. An outside water tap has also been fitted
