Open plan living with kitchen /diner at one end. In the kitchen is a fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine and wine cooler, space for dining table and chairs.

In the sitting room there is a modern electric fire place and an entertainment unit with space for a wall mounted TV.

Sliding patio doors open out onto the large south facing decking where you can sit and enjoy the breath taking un-interrupted 180 sea views from the Isle of Wight on one side, to Hengistbury Head on the other.

The driveway provides guaranteed parking at all times.

Water and sewage rates are payable and amounted to £257.75 in the last calendar year.

Non-domestic rates are payable and amount to £247.48 per annum.
