• reference fees (including credit checks, bank guarantor, previous landlord, etc)
• application fees
• fees for drawing up tenancy agreements
• inventory fees, including check-in and check-out fees
• guarantor arrangement/application fees
• additional occupant fees
• additional pet deposit fees
