Directions
From the town of Llandrindod Wells, head north on the A483 towards Newtown, passing through the village of Crossgates. After approximately 9.5 miles turn right sign posted Llanbister Road. After 100 yards take the next junction left. Follow the road for 300 yards and the property can be found on the right hand side.
