Outline planning consent was granted the 29th July 2019 for the erection of a new detached dwelling, with garage and to include the formation of a new access, although it should be noted that this consent has now lapsed due to time. Whilst it is not felt that there should be any issue with permission being granted once again, it should be noted that it is up to any interested party to make their own investigations in this regard.
