The land is located on the outskirts of the village of Eye in the eastern part of Cambridgeshire approximately 3 miles from the city of Peterborough and 18 miles from the Market Town of Wisbech.

Travelling from Peterborough on the A47 Eye Road, towards Eye, at the Littlewood Roundabout take the first exit onto White Post Road South.
