The land (both Arable and Permanent Grassland is Grade III on the MAFF Land Classification. The land is registered with the Rural Payments Agency There are no environmental schemes in place but there is potential for any new schemes. There is potential to investigate environmental schemes and projects with specific interest given the adjoining SSSI and Ancient Woodland.
