Stooks Close, Brampford Speke

2 bedroom property for sale

Guide price £210,000

Just minutes from the city centre yet in a sought-after village location, a 2 bedroom semi-detached bungalow in need of some updating but terrific potential with off-road parking and a level south facing rear garden.

Brampford Speke is one of the areas’ most popular villages, nestled in the Devonshire countryside yet only 4 miles from Exeter city centre. The village has a varied housing stock but many homes here are larger meaning that affordable ways to live in the village are always popular.

The bungalow is ex-local authority and offers excellent space both inside and out. It has gas fired central heating via a combi boiler in the roof space (using bottled gas) and uPVC double glazing. It’s a little dated but offers terrific potential to improve and the space is available to build on at the back (subj to permissions) without taking too much garden. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there’s a living room, kitchen/breakfast room, shower room and a rear porch.

Outside is an easy to maintain front garden with off-road parking, access to the side and a good sized and level south facing rear garden (approx. 13m x 11m) with fencing.

The property is being sold with no onward chain.

Please Note :
This bungalow has an occupancy restriction which states that a occupant must have lived or worked in Devon for the past 3 years.
