From Crediton High Street, head out of the town as if driving to Exeter. Just before the Shell petrol station, turn right as signed to Tedbun. Cross the railway line and go through Fordton and bear right at the top of the hill (signed to Posbury and Tedburn). Follow the country lane for approx. 1 mile and turn right (signed to Posbury). At the top of the hill, turn left and continue for approx. 1.5 miles and Demmitts Farm will be found on the left.
