From the M5 motorway take the A30 west. Take the second exit at Fingle Glen signposted Tedburn St Mary. At the roundabout take the second exit towards Pathfinder Village. After 0.6 miles turn left on to Heath Lane. At the top of the hill turn left at Heath Cross and the property is on the left after 0.4 miles. 

From Exe Bridges take the exit on to Okehampton Street. Follow this road continually for 5 miles (up Redhills, across the mini roundabout, through Whitestone) and the property is on your left 0.4 miles after Heath Cross.
