DIRECTIONS :
From Crediton, follow the A377 towards Barnstaple, passing through Copplestone, Lapford and Eggesford and turn right at Leigh Cross at signed to Chulmleigh. Proceed for just under a mile and as you enter the town, Great View will be found on the right. Proceed into the development, bear right and follow the road (which after a while bends left) and take an unmarked driveway on the left into a small cul-de-sac and 46 will be on the left.
