DIRECTIONS

From the A377 take the turning towards Morchard Bishop (the property is 11 minutes from here) & proceed into the village, taking a right turn into Church Street just after the London Inn. Continue along this road for 1.4 miles, taking a left turn at Brownstone Post (post box), Mear Cottage will be found after 0.9miles on your right.

MORCHARD BISHOP is a village and civil parish set in the sumptuous hills and valleys of Mid-Devon, halfway between the North and South of the County, 7 miles west of Crediton and 14 miles from the regional capital, Exeter.
