Close to the le Strange Arms and the cliff top carpark are the first cluster of Beach Huts on Old Hunstanton Beach. Beach Hut 33 sits on the front row and is sheltered by a sand dune. This traditional hut complete with all the contents is for sale. Please be aware it is only the Beach Hut for sale, if purchased you will not own the land it sits on, this is owned by the le Strange Estate and is subject to licence and annual licence fee. Purchaser is also responsible for the transfer of ownership fee to the land owner £3,500 (inclusive of vat).
