BEACH HUT, HUNSTANTON

An ideally located beach hut within easy walking distance of the beach and promenade, in a sought after position on South Beach Road.  Timber construction with a felt roof, double doors opening onto a verandah.  Use of the shower block for the owners of the beach huts.  The season runs approx. mid February to mid. January every year.  An annual licence is issued by 4Shores Ltd with the fee of £1150 paid for this season.  4 Shores Ltd requires a transfer of ownership fee of 10% of the selling price plus VAT to be paid by the purchaser (minimum fee of £1000 + VAT).
